Hi! Thank you so much for being a part of my journey!
My name is Atalia Gimenez. I’m so excited to begin this journey with all of you and for you to be alongside me while we witness God’s work!
Ever since I was little, I always wanted to go on a mission trip. When you’re little you really look forward to the traveling part but as I grew up and while growing in my faith I realized there was a lot more to it. I have a passion for serving, I love seeing what God’s love can do for those I’m helping but also seeing how powerful it is in my own life. Even though I’ve always thought about mission trips and how amazing they are I always told myself “Oh, nows not a good time” or ” I just have so much going on” and something I’ve learned this year is that I have to trust God’s plan over my own. I can’t plan my whole life out because I’m not in charge here. God is. So, here I am. Going on a two-month mission trip to Costa Rica and Guatemala in summer 2021!
Here are a couple of fun facts about me!
This fall I will be starting at Southeastern University at Next Level Chuch! I’ll be pursuing a full-time vocational ministry! I love spending time with my family, and I have a total of 5 siblings! I love iced caramel macchiatos w/ oat milk (please try it, it’s so good). And I love to sing and worship God!!
